A little help, when you need it.

This guide covers the current PottySprout app workflow.

My reminder is quiet

Open Routines and send a test notification. Check iOS notification permissions, Focus, sound and volume settings. iOS controls delivery; reminders are not guaranteed alarms.

My caregiver sees older entries

Sharing needs an active iCloud account on each adult's device. Reconnect both devices, open the app and check the status under Caregivers. Entries saved offline may not appear elsewhere immediately.

I can't find an entry

Check the selected profile, day and filters in History. Look in Recently Deleted if an entry was removed.

Restore a purchase

Use Settings → Restore Purchases with the Apple account used to buy Plus. Restoring does not charge you again.
